Thanks to a holiday vacation scheduled for long-distance boyfriend James, local college student and sorority member Brittany Patterson has announced that several of her male friends will lose their benefit status, due to James’ visit home for the holiday season.

Chad, one of Patterson’s friends set to lose his benefits, reports that he plans on re-applying for benefit status sometime in mid-January, but has no plans on reporting them before tax season.
